This role involves administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment supply, care plan assessment, and budget planning functions.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies including infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
