Key Requirements

  • Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) or equivalent certification
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS)
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience preferred
  • Successful completion of accredited Surgical Technology Course
  • Preferred completion of Certified Surgical First Assisting Program
  • Preferred Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Preferred associate degree
  • Preferred state qualification requirements
