Job Summary
Provides excellent customer service and processes new and renewal brokerage business, issues quote proposals and binders/invoices, and handles claims, endorsements, audits and other transactional items related to such accounts.
Builds strong relationships with agency partners, provide excellent customer service and participate in marketing calls and training with Brokers.
