Ability to conduct investigations in global matrixed organizations

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in France, Germany, and Netherlands markets
Experience managing national-level Trade Unions or government bodies
