Job Summary
The Director of Facilities Planning and Project Management is responsible for facility-related capital planning, space planning, deferred maintenance planning, program management, and execution across multiple campus locations.
This role involves managing and organizing projects through to completion, overseeing capital planning goals, budget, and building inventories, and approving project documents.
The position provides oversight and leadership for projects managed by CFAES and/or university partners, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
