Job Summary
Responsible for managing the existing BPLAC product and fund portfolio against customer value and set KPIs, and recommends and implements corrective measures.
Provides sales support through regular report generation of product performance for strategy development according to Territory, Area/Division, per distribution channel.
Monitors performance of newly launched products through report generation and analysis of product strategy, e.g. analysis of customer demographics to ensure penetration of target market segment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or data-related field
At least 3 years’ experience in insurance industry
Insurance knowledge is a must

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
