  • JLL’s Asset Services - FCA team provides clients with robust physical condition and operational assessments that provide actionable information for long-term asset planning, maximization of value and operational performance.
  • Serves as ongoing client demands of strategic planning and infrastructure investment solutions, providing the primary services of facility condition assessments, strategic planning, risk assessments, preventative maintenance planning and asset tagging.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience (non-degreed Assessors)
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction codes
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Security clearance
