Salary
Base: $18.75- $27.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: 15% shift differential; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, paid time off

Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Medical device experience preferred
Computer proficiency
Certification in IPC soldering standards desired
Technical training in welding and material science preferred
