Job Summary
This role owns the mission of delivering a fast, transparent, and frictionless purchase experience for emerging shoppers — from Cart through Checkout — driving conversion and purchase frequency across emerging markets worldwide.
Define and drive the long-term Purchase Experience vision and roadmap — Own the multi-year strategy for Cart and Checkout simplification, anchored in reducing friction, improving transparency, and maximizing purchase conversion across emerging markets.
Partner across business and technology teams — Work closely with IES PurchaseX, PayX, Pay on Delivery, and SMX platform teams to execute the roadmap.
