The Water Marshal / Mechanical LOTO Manager is responsible for managing the controlled charge and discharge of energy across all fluid and pressure systems on site.
This role requires rigorous review and approval of Methods of Procedures, Job Hazard Analyses, and flush plans to ensure compliance with safety standards.
