Job Summary

  • As a Production Shift Leader, you will have Supervisory responsibility for a medium/large group of employees in the implementation and execution of the established business process for the machining department.
  • You will foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation, focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).
  • Motivates, trains and develops employees to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standardized methods and ensures team members receive adequate JIT (job instruction training).
