Job Summary

  • Manage a team of 8-10 controls engineers ensuring successful execution of projects, initiatives, & processes for power conversion controls design and development.
  • Lead the controls development execution (design, development, simulation, and validation) throughout the NTI, NPI, and CPI program phases, providing technical leadership for concept studies, technical demonstrators, commercial demonstrators, and NPI programs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with both technical and commercial acumen able to translate direct customer requirements into concept designs that exceed customer expectations.
