Job Summary
Maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and catering areas while assisting guests in accordance with ASM Global Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.
Responsible for pre-event suite and catering set-up, verifying and setting up event orders, taking and placing food and beverage orders, and serving guests until the end of the event.
Requires good customer service skills, ability to complete required sanitation and alcohol service training, and availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
