  • ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
  • Culinary training completed or willingness to be trained
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Food Microbiology
  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food manufacturing, or food science environments
  • Sensory training completed or willingness and ability to be trained required
  • ServSafe Manager Certification is preferred (may be obtained upon hire)
