The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively with inter-departmental teams
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
