Job Summary

  • The Director provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transfer pathways, articulation agreements, onboarding processes, and support services designed to promote persistence, retention, and degree completion.
  • The Director will work collaboratively with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure that UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students.
  • The Director of Transfer and Adult Services is responsible for executing duties in partnership with appropriate stakeholders, including strategic leadership, transfer articulation, student onboarding, data assessment, external partnerships, and operational management.
