Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) expertise
  • Requirements development and verification skills
  • Integration and Test execution capabilities

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Agile framework development methods
  • Ability to perform trade studies for optimization
  • Self-starter capable of limited guidance
  • Customer focus and collaboration skills
  • Experience with DOORS and/or cPDM tools
  • Familiarity with Earn Value Management System (EVMS)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Minimum 8 years prior engineering experience
  • Active transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person
  • Ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start date
