Job Summary

  • This position oversees a portfolio of clinical and health services research ranging from investigator-initiated studies to industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • The individual in this role reports to the Assistant Director of the Division of Research and will liaison with Harborview Medical Center administration.
  • The work conducted across the Trauma, Critical Care, Burn, and Plastic Surgery divisions has saved lives, restored function, and shaped clinical practice at a regional, national, and international level.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences, nursing, public health, life/social sciences or related field
  • 6 years' experience with human subjects' research management
  • Demonstrated expertise managing large and/or multiple research projects
  • Progressive responsibility in project management, team management, and leadership
  • Broad understanding of hospital systems and healthcare patient care
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
