Must-have
Proficiency in Workday Studio and Connectors
Experience with iLoads and Advanced Loads
Full-cycle Workday implementation experience
Ability to manage data migration teams
Intermediate understanding of ETL scripts
Nice-to-have
Fluency in German or other languages
Strong desire for client interaction
Experience with offshore delivery teams
Ability to thrive in diverse environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Several years of Workday platform experience
