This job exists to handle overall responsibility of Ethicon Minhang of Managing operations related to plant engineering and maintenance to ensure smooth, continuous, cost effective and controlled manufacture of products in support of the business forecasts and inventory goals.
Develop the site technology road map and lead a flawless execution to advance the automation and digital transformation and improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Recommend and implement employee development programs to clearly define their training and raise the associate’s capabilities.
