Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years relevant property adjusting experience
  • Developing knowledge of residential construction
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate or similar tools
  • Negotiation, investigation, communication skills
  • Working knowledge of property claims contracts
  • Acquire adjuster license within 90 days
