The incumbent is the key contact for Sales and OTC and is responsible for 3PLs management which contributes to the delivery of service targets for the assigned portfolio(s).
The role involves monitoring delivery and STO activities with 3PLs, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes, and providing cost analysis reports.
