  • Responsible for patient care activities including vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment setup, monitoring patient response, and accurate documentation of treatment parameters.
  • Supports infection control practices, participates in quality improvement programs, and assists in patient education and transitional care to enhance patient outcomes.
