Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
10+ years of EHS experience in biotech/pharma/CDMO regulated environment
Solid knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, RCRA, CAA/CWA, and DOT HazMat
Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM, RBP/CBSP or equivalent
Experience with BSL-2 labs and viral vector operations preferred
