As a Reviewer in the Vendor Clause Assessment Team (VCAT), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's Global Procurement contract negotiations process.
You will review modifications to risk-type and legal clauses made by Suppliers and operate to defined playbooks and guidance in line with defined negotiation mandates.
