Job Summary

• This position is responsible for transporting patients under the direction of a registered nurse throughout the hospital.
• Provides supplies and equipment required for patient care and participates in the monitoring of equipment safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• This position is a per-diem, non-benefit eligible position which requires employees to work a minimum of 32 hours in a 6-month period.

Key Requirements

• High School education or equivalent required
• Must be enrolled in College Level classes
• American Heart Association BLS required
• 6 months – 1-year experience preferred
