Job Summary

• Provide technical leadership on BCP highly complex attachments and systems, identifying and resolving functional deficiencies through structured analysis, corrective action, and cross functional collaboration.
• This position will own and execute all NPI service engineering elements, including service audits, publication development, and field follow execution.
