Provide technical support for Operations, troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues, and performing regular process/technical data reviews.
Own and manage equipment used in repair process, developing and executing maintenance plans, and coordinating calibration and upgrades.

Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Materials Engineering
Familiar with engine module disassembly and assembly process
Good understanding of workshop practices and repair processes
Interpret engine manuals and blueprints
Good understanding of airworthiness and regulatory agencies requirement
Experienced with creation and revision of detailed work instructions
Full understanding of process planning, process control, tooling & gauging
Familiar with preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting
Good understanding of Lean concepts, Mistake Proofing, Process Certification
