Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture
Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in Singapore construction industry
Minimum 1 year experience in landed housing (GCB, Semi-Detached, Terrace houses)
Understanding of Singapore's Building regulations on landed housing
Ability to interpret Construction Drawings including M&E
