Salary
Base: $115,000 - $135,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive compensation plan with discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off

Must-have
Undergraduate degree in business discipline
Strong financial modeling skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Nice-to-have
DCM or Private Placement experience preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
Ability to work extended hours under pressure
