Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • Secret clearance required for start
  • Experience designing RF equipment for airborne platforms
  • Knowledge of electromagnetics VHF through Ka bands
  • Requirements decomposition from system to component level

Nice-to-have

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Cameo or similar SysML tools
  • Familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tool set
  • Experience building supplier evaluation criteria
  • Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly

Key Requirements

  • 5 years related experience with Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years related experience with Master's degree
  • 1 year related experience with Ph.D.
  • Must maintain final adjudicated Secret clearance
