Job Summary
Provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assess, identify, manage, and treat skin conditions including abrasions, ulcers, infections, and other dermatologic concerns.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans and participate in care planning meetings.
