Coordinates and supervises the provision of respiratory care and activities of The Respiratory Care Services Department and clinical area(s) of designated responsibility.
Assists Operations Manager in administrative responsibilities for the unit as delegated, including performance appraisals, monitoring absenteeism, ordering supplies, scheduling, recruitment, and hiring.
