Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist provides technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and patients/caregivers with a high degree of quality and customer service in the local language.
The role includes managing inquiries via multiple channels, documenting responses according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and identifying/reporting adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
