In this role, you will design and implement backend services, systems, and tooling that support agent-based applications.

Salary
Base: $140,000 CAD - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Build and maintain backend services
Develop systems for workflow coordination
Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python
Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes

Key Requirements
3+ years of software development experience (Software Engineer)
5+ years of software engineering experience (Senior Software Engineer)
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience designing and building distributed systems
Experience running and operating services in Kubernetes
Familiarity with machine learning or LLM-powered applications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
