Job Summary
Lead the analysis and strategic design of Salesforce solutions for U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Aerospace & Allied Nations customers, leveraging Data Cloud, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Serve as the primary front-facing contact for Salesforce deployments, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with high-level government personnel and key customer stakeholders.
Assess customer organizational readiness for AI adoption and guide them through necessary process transformations and reengineering to maximize the benefits of intelligent agents.
