Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Nursing required
Registered Nurse license in Washington State
Minimum four years of nursing experience
Evidence-based practice implementation
Root cause analysis and assessment
Nice-to-have
ANCC NPD specialty certification preferred
Three years program management experience
Experience as unit or system educator
Strong collaboration with clinical managers

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing (PhD/DNP preferred)
Active RN license in Washington State
Minimum 4 years nursing experience
3 years education/program management experience preferred
ANCC NPD certification within 2 years if not held at hire
Work Rights
RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
