Job Summary
Directly coordinate the activities of immediate subordinates to maximize production output, maintain quality standards, and utilize all equipment, labor, and resources efficiently.
Supervise shift operations, allocate manpower daily, and coordinate with technicians and machine operators to maximize quality output in respect of QC Approved samples.
Ensure all current safety regulations are followed, manage and support subordinates, and evaluate their performance.

Key Requirements
2 years of experience as Press Supervisor
Diploma in Industrial Engineering
3 years of experience as Press Supervisor (preferred)
