Job Summary
This role serves as the 'engine room' of the transformation team, bridging European standards with local operational execution at Airbus's first global flagship for aircraft life-cycle solutions.
The specialist will act as a Lean Catalyst facilitating Airbus Operating System routines and drive maturity on the shop floor while coordinating technical information flow between local operations and support functions.
Key responsibilities include acting as an AMOS ERP Key User to translate operational pain points into technical requirements and leveraging AI tools to automate reporting within the maintenance and recycling value chain.
