The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
The role requires cooperation with inter-departmental personnel to maintain nursing services and includes responsibilities such as reporting changes in resident condition, maintaining confidentiality, and following established policies and procedures.
