Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GASB and government fund accounting knowledge
2+ years professional service firm experience
Proficiency with financial accounting systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Nice-to-have
CPA certification or Master's degree preferred
Experience drafting policies and procedures
Ability to supervise and train junior staff
Willingness to relocate to Metro Detroit area
Limited overnight travel capability
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field
2+ years' experience creating financial reports in public accounting, government, or school district
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (except bilingual Japanese/Chinese)
