You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
The role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to meet the daily care needs of each resident.

Must-have

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
