Key Requirements

  • Complete a 3-month probationary period successfully
  • Complete 12 months of practical experience and successfully complete On the Job Training assignments
  • Successfully completed Signals Course I
  • Successfully completed Signals Course II
  • NCEA Level 1 in Maths, English and Science or equivalent
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence
  • Registered as a New Zealand Electrician 1st Year
