8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty license required
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Nice-to-have
ARM, CPCU, CRM, or CIC designations preferred
Strong executive presence in client-facing roles
Experience managing captive programs and risk financing
Key Requirements
College degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven record of retaining and growing large accounts
Advanced understanding of coverage structures and loss analytics
