Job Summary
The Manager, Packaging Design is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and operational delivery of all packaging artwork for the Coca-Cola Company’s local portfolio.
This role ensures that packaging projects move smoothly and accurately through the artwork management process — from brief to approval to final release — in full alignment with bottler partners, sustainability guidelines, regulatory requirements, and commercial timelines.
Working as part of the IMX team, the Manager partners with brand teams, bottlers, commercialisation managers, legal, RGM, sustainability teams, Creative/Shopper/Digital functions, and external artwork agencies to guarantee flawless execution.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in packaging artwork coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Packaging, Design, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of artwork systems and pre press processes
