  • Key responsibilities include setting expectations with Hiring Managers, defining recruiting strategies with Sourcing Specialists, managing an average of 12-15 requisitions, and extending offers to candidates.
  • Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays and safe and sick time, but no other benefits or compensation are provided.
