Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will execute the talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu, partnering with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers.
Key responsibilities include setting expectations with Hiring Managers, defining recruiting strategies with Sourcing Specialists, managing an average of 12-15 requisitions, and extending offers to candidates.
Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays and safe and sick time, but no other benefits or compensation are provided.

Key Requirements
Previous full-lifecycle recruiting experience
