Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Pediatric Cardiology experience highly preferred
Current Texas RN or LMSW license required
Three years acute hospital-based experience

Strong analytical and data management capabilities
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Nursing or Social Work
LCSW certification preferred
Experience with motivational interviewing

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited nursing or social work program
Valid Texas RN license or Master Social Worker (LMSW) license
Certification in Case Management required within two years
Three years of nursing or social work experience
