Job Summary

• Conduct Microbiological sampling and analysis for Raw Material, Packing Material, In process product, Finished Product, Environmental Monitoring samples as per sample plan and conduct the test according to AN methods and BIS and report the results.
• Responsible for testing of all finished product manufactured at at JH site as per BIS and methods to release the batches.
• Strictly follow the GDP to avoid the errors during documentation and Maintain the 6S in Micro lab and supporting areas religiously.

Key Requirements

• Post graduate in Microbiology / Dairy Microbiology
• 5-10 years experience in food industry or Pharma
• Hands on experience on BAM, APHA, AOAC and BIS microbiological methods
• Knowledge of microbiological procedures/ operating methods of equipments
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems
• Knowledge of QA checks regarding RM, PM, IP, FM and EMP checks
• Knowledge of safety aspects of Micro Lab and GLP req
