Job Summary

  • You are responsible for planning, delivery, agile process, culture, mentorship, and career progression, aligning with Technical Leads, Architects, and product experts to ensure high-quality functional enhancements and well-designed solutions are delivered on time.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor software development teams, composed of software engineers & Quality Assurance Engineers, while advocating for industry-standard agile software development best practices to deliver high quality software on time.
  • Own, prioritize, and drive the team’s backlog in collaboration with product owners and architects, and ensure user requirements, estimates, and work plans are generated by team members with at least two sprints of work shovel-ready at all times.
