Job Summary
This role involves leading a team to support fast-paced, critical programs with classified information system capabilities at RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company.
The position requires managing and optimizing server infrastructure across heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environments while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Candidates must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive 8140/8570 certification within six months and may work beyond standard hours in a 24x7 operational environment.

Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required prior to start date
Must obtain CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification within 6 months
Proven experience in mentoring others or leading teams
